1911 T205 Piedmont Addie Joss SGC 70 EX+ 5.5. Addie Joss figured greatly in early baseball's history. His career was on HoF pace at the time he contracted meningitis in 1911 -- which was about the time of this now classic tobacco card was released. Upon his death, a benefit game was played with appearances by baseball's finest. It was this concept that would become the precursor to the annual All-Star game. This very clean and largely problem-free example has been graded SGC 70 EX+ 5.5 with no questions from us.
