Description
A Mint contemporary of the hobby's most coveted trading card!
1910 E98 Set of 30 Honus Wagner PSA Mint 9 - None Superior!
There is no question that Honus Wagner's star has been burnished
over the passing decades by his residence upon baseball's most
coveted tobacco card. If any other card bearing the portrait of the
Flying Dutchmen can be as highly coveted, this card is the top
contender. A million dollar price tag isn't necessary to draw your
attention this pristine beauty. Second only to the great Ty Cobb
within this thirty-card issue, the Old Dutchman shows the fielding
form that made him the first shortstop to enter the Baseball Hall
of Fame.Graded PSA Mint 9. Try all you'd like--you won't find the touch of time upon this specimen, and even the centering is as good as it gets. Type the serial number into the PSA website and this comes up as a "pop one, none superior," but in the interest of full disclosure we note that there are also four Green examples at this grade level from "The Black Swamp Find," with none superior.
