1909 E97 C.A. Briggs Topsy Hartsel PSA EX-MT 6 - Pop Two, None Higher. For whatever reason, PSA entered this card as "Hartsell" when from every reference we have found Topsy spelled his family name "Hartsel" as it reads on the card. In their defense the Black & White version does have the mis-spelling. Graded PSA EX-MT 6. Total PSA population - Fourteen cards. One of only two cards in EX/MT with none higher.Auction Info
