Description
1909 E92 Dockman & Sons Honus Wagner, Batting. The prominence of Honus Wagner during his career is beyond debate. His talents on the field elevated the man from baseball player to social icon. Of the numerous promotions bearing the Wagner name few as recognizable as is his forceful batting pose and surrounding red background used by an array of sponsors. Here we offer an E92 with the Dockman & Sons reverse. There is an "X" written on the reverse with one corner crease. The front shows an additional wrinkle, but also vibrant colors and some general corner wear. The card is trimmed. The width is 1/32" short, the height is currently 2-5/8." Maybe not the ideal state of preservation but it is 100% real and there is no shame in adding a vintage Honus Wagner card to your collection without spending $2.8 million.Auction Info
