1909-11 T206 Sweet Caporal 150/649OP Walter Johnson (Portrait) PSA Good+ 2.5. Cards bearing the portrait of Walter Johnson are among the most highly pursued in all the hobby. The timeless, elegant portrait of the "Big-Train" is one of the most widely recognized and admired of all T206 portraiture. After all, it is quite unmistakably a product of Carl Horner's photographic talents. Consistent wear and a practically blemish-free portrait. After more than a century the colors have remained rich and print registration tight. The reverse displays a "Sweet Caporal - 150 Subjects" ad with a scarce factory 649 overprint back. Our offered card is graded PSA Good+ 2.5. Overall, PSA has graded well over 1,100 cards.
