Description

1909-11 T206 Sweet Caporal 150/30 Ed Walsh SGC Good+ 2.5. Ed Walsh was one of the most dominant pitchers of the Deadball Era, famed for his devastating spitball, exceptional stamina, and remarkable command. As the ace of the Chicago White Sox, he posted some of the lowest earned run averages in baseball history and earned a lasting place in the Hall of Fame through relentless excellence on the mound.

The 1909-11 T206 Sweet Caporal 150/30 Ed Walsh card comes from the earliest production wave of the iconic white border series. Featuring the Sweet Caporal 150 Factory 30 back, it pairs a crisp portrait of Walsh with the refined coloration and lithographic detail that define to tobacco release. Graded SGC Good+ 2.5.
