1909-11 T206 Sovereign 150 Ty Cobb (Bat On Shoulder) PSA EX 5 - Pop Two, Two Higher for Brand/Series. A T206 Ty Cobb "Sovereign" master set consists of six cards. Each represents just a small percentage of the overall number of cards graded of each by PSA. This auction presents five of those six cards! Offered is a T206 card featuring Ty Cobb (Bat On Shoulder) with a "Sovereign 150 Subjects" ad on the reverse. Graded PSA EX 5. The total population is approaching the1,000 plateau. Only five-percent (forty-nine cards with any qualified) are confirmed with the Sovereign brand. Only eight are confirmed 150 series. This card is one of two graded EX-MT with two higher for this brand/series combination! Graphics are rich and inviting which stand in contradiction to the ominous scene of Cobb staring you down almost daring the pitcher to try to get him out. Centering is close to precise.
