1909-11 T206 Piedmont Sherry Magee "Magie" Error SGC Authentic. On the field, Sherry Magee played for 15 seasons racking up 2,169 hits and almost 1,200 RBIs during his career. He probably would have been in the class of T206 athletes who were good but not quite HoF material if it weren't for a single letter. Thanks to the use of "Magie" instead of Magee, this misspelling of his name has earned him fame for over 100 years and counting. The typo was caught and corrected very early in the process leaving even the most advanced collections of T206 cards short of this coveted entry.
