    Description

1909-11 T206 Piedmont 350 Ed Cicotte PSA Mint 9 - Pop Two, None Higher! Baseball historians have argued for years whether Ed Cicotte was most to blame for the greatest scandal in baseball history. The fact is he did bean the first Cincinnati Reds batter he faced in Game One to signal the fix was on. Beautiful card with an amazing rich colors and vivid border combination. The back displays "Piedmont - 150 Subjects" advertising with a Factory 25 caption. Graded PSA Mint 9. Counting all brands, this is one of only two in MINT with none higher.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
