Description

1909-11 T206 Piedmont 150/25 Jack Chesbro SGC VG+ 3.5. Hall of Famer, Jack Chesbro, won a remarkable 41 games in 1904, which is still the single-season record for those who played after 1900. That was the season in which he learned the spitball from its inventor, Elmer Stricklett. From the T206 issue of 1909-1911, comes this example of Chesbro's lone entry within that important card set. Graded SGC VG+ 3.5.
