1909-11 T206 El Principe De Gales Walter Johnson, Portrait SGC 40 VG 3. This timeless, elegant portrait of the "Big-Train" is one of the most widely recognized and admired of all of the T206s portraits and is unmistakably a product of Carl Horner's talents. The offered example has slightly off-centered graphics, touches on the corner and a tiny paper loss on the left border near his shoulder to account for the final assessment. Graded SGC 40 VG 3 with a scarcer "El Principe De Gales" brand reverse. Adding no premium for the scarcer brand, the SMR value is $575.00.Auction Info
