1909-11 E90-1 American Caramel Ty Cobb SGC 30 Good 2. Issued with sticks of caramel candy, the American Caramel E90-1 edition circulated from 1909 though 1911, with the bulk of the set being released in the initial year. Ty Cobb captured the AL Triple Crown in 1909 and was a unanimous choice for MVP of the American League in 1911 after posting a .420 batting average. The offered E90-1 card of the "Georgia Peach" shows signs of its true age via creases, staining and corner wear but no diamond cut along so common for this issue.
