1909-11 E90-1 American Caramel Cy Young, Boston SGC 30 Good 2. Offered is a visually pleasing example of the key player from the E90-1 American Caramel series. The set is particularly popular among collectors for the levels of scarcity, variations and Hall of Fame players included within. There are two versions of Cy Young in the set, on which his team affiliation is cited as either "Boston" or "Cleveland" and the offered card's caption states the former. This example exhibits corner rounding with some surface soiling and one crease. For a 100+ year old piece of thin card stock it retains strong colors and of course Young's timeless portrait.
