1895 N300 Mayo's Cut Plug Amos Rusie (Correct Name) SGC 70 EX+ 5.5 - Only One Higher. The most famous typo of the 19th century affects HoF pitcher Amos Rusie. His 201 strike outs in 1895 led the National League and furthered the Midwestern hurler's reputation as one of the game's toughest. This is one of the first examples with his name spelled correctly. Offered is the correct "Rusie" variation. Very solid example rated for centering. Graded SGC 70 EX+ 5.5. From a very low total pop of thirty-four N300 Rusie cards.
