1888 N28 Allen & Ginter John L. Sullivan, Pugilists PSA NM-MT 8 - None Higher. Boxing fans are all too well aware of Sullivan's supremacy in the ring. A national icon of the sport deserves a just as impressive collectible to display his boldly colored waist high portrait. It is so appropriate that this antique comes from a series titled "World's Champions." Offered is a beautiful example of Sullivan that contradicts the fact that it is actually over 120 years old .With virtually problem free surfaces and four quality corners, we have nothing but rough cut along the bottom reverse and some toning to note.
