1888 N173 Old Judge Cabinet Ned Williamson (Catching Hands Neck High) PSA VG 3 - One of Two PSA Graded Examples. Offered is an 1888 N173 Old Judge Cabinet Ned Williamson (Catching Hands Neck High). Cap Anson once described Ned as "the greatest all-around ballplayer the country ever saw." Williamson began playing organized ball in 1877 and enjoyed a successful career until 1890. His astronomical 27 home runs in 1884 stood as the single season record until a guy named Ruth came along in 1919. There are multiple spot dimples to the surface as well as a horizontal impression. All of this is wonderfully camouflaged by a photo that is without question one of the highest quality images one could ever find on any N173. Graded PSA VG 3. Pop One!
