1887 N28 Allen & Ginter King Kelly SGC VG 3. From the John Esch Collection. Allen & Ginter's N28 "The World's Champions" series is a key element of any 19th Century collection. The ten baseball subjects are unquestionably popular and 19th Century star King Kelly is second only to Cap Anson. Our offered card has no major faults. There is some all-too typical edge roughness and no surface loss. A slight surface scratch at his cheek accounts for the assessment. Graded SGC VG 3.
