    Description

1887 N28 Allen & Ginter Cap Anson SGC 35 Good+ 2.5. Cap Anson was Baseball's first superstar who had a huge impact on the game - both good and bad - and is the founding member of the "3,000 Hits Club." This wonderful Victorian era issue showcases his handlebar mustache and look of determination and is arguably one of the most popular nineteenth century tobacco cards. Graded SGC 35 Good+ 2.5. A very nice collector grade example of the set's most valuable card.
