2001 Donruss Elite Albert Pujols (Turn of the Century, Autograph) Rookie #156 PSA Mint 9 - #'d 5/1000 Pujols' Jersey Number! After a decade with the Angels, and a half-season stint in Dodger Blue, several teams were in the running to host Albert Pujols' swan song, but when he got the call from St. Louis, that was that. He wanted to end his career in the same place he had started it over 20 years ago. In 2001 he was unanimously voted Rookie of the Year, he had set the NL rookie RBI record with 130, and was the fourth MLB rookie to hit .300 with 30 home runs, 100 runs and 100 RBIs. And now, as a bookend to his historic career, he has become the fourth member of the "700 Home Runs Club" a roster that now reads Bonds, Aaron, Ruth and Pujols. Offered is his highly coveted 2001 Donruss Elite "Turn of the Century" rookie card.
