1973 Topps Roberto Clemente #50 PSA Gem Mint 10. It had been mere months after baseball legend Roberto Clemente passed away on December 31, 1972 when baseball fans and society at large would be introduced to a card they would have never have guest would have such significance. Clemente was a staple in every Topps series since 1955. While a "last" card that marks retirement is inevitable, this card is a memorial to his talents on the field and heroics off the field. This card will always be so much more than just another card that fills in a pocket of a plastic sheet.Graded PSA Gem MT 10. The highest quality in all regards. A fitting state of preservation for a beloved icon never to be forgotten.
