Description

1972 Topps Hank Aaron #299 PSA Gem Mint 10 - Pop Three. When Hank Aaron took his first of 715 steps to pass Babe Ruth's fabled career home run record with an April 23, 1954, racial segregation was still the law of the land. Although Jackie Robinson and the historic Brown vs. Board of Education decision his legacy would remain one of brilliance in the face of adversity throughout his Major League career as well. Offered is a "pack fresh" examples of his card #299 from the '72 Topps series. Graded PSA Gem MT 10, it is one of the finest on record and is well deserving of that status. One of three at the Gem MT level with no chance of any grading higher.
