1972 Topps Glenn Beckert (Green Under "C" And "S") #45 PSA Mint 9 - Only One Higher! Glenn Beckert was a surehanded second baseman who played the majority of his 11-year MLB career for the Chicago Cubs. A lifetime .282 batter, he posted a career fielding percentage of .973. Offered is a 1972 Topps card that printed a shade of green underneath the "C" and ""S" in CUBS on the top nameplate. This was an unusual printing variation since some of Beckert's cards printed with yellow underneath all four letters in CUBS. This example of card #45 is found in Mint condition with robust colors, good centering, clean white borders, four sharp corners and a flawless reverse. Graded PSA Mint 9.
