    Description

1971 Topps Tom Seaver #160 PSA Mint 9 - Pop Four, One Higher. Don't let the boyish face and dimples fool you, "Tom Terrific" was a fire thrower and a fierce competitor. His legend begins with his performance for the "Amazing Mets" of 1969 helping his team to take the World Championship and is capped off with his highest HoF inductee vote percentage of 98.4%. Tom couldn't look more terrific than on this close to perfect example of card #160 from the condition sensitive 1971 Topps series. Graded PSA Mint 9, this card is a phenomenal condition rarity as it is one of only four cards to earn a Mint 9 grade (there is one higher) from a total population of over 1,250 submissions ranking it in the top one-half of one percentile.
