1971 Topps Bob Oliver #470 PSA Mint 9. Bob Oliver was a utility player who platooned between first base and the outfield whenever and wherever he was needed. A .256 hitter, he was an even better fielder who recorded a .991 fielding percentage during the seven seasons in which he manned first base. Offered is a 1971 Topps card that shows the burly Oliver taking a big cut at the plate. This example of card #470 from the '71 Topps series is found in Mint condition with excellent centering, unchipped black borders, four strong corners, no surface wear and a clean reverse. Graded PSA Mint 9. Of the 407 examples found in the PSA Pop Report, this is one of only 25 cards graded MINT with none rated higher.
