Description

1969 Topps Pete Rose #120 PSA Mint 9. The late Pete Rose sits atop Major League Baseball's all-time hits category with 4,256 to his credit. A feisty, competitive player, Rose was known for competing with plenty of intensity in every game. One of the most important players in Cincinnati's "Big Red Machine" juggernaut from the '70s, Rose helped the Reds take back-to-back World Series crowns in 1975 and '76, even earning World Series MVP honors in '75. Offered is a 1969 Topps card that features the switch-hitting batsman striking a lefthanded batting pose during Spring Training. This example of card #120 from the '69 Topps set is found in Mint condition with light, bright colors, good centering, snow white borders, four sharp corners and a clean reverse. Graded PSA Mint 9.
