1967 Topps Punch-Outs Jim Wynn PSA EX 5 - Only Three Graded Examples! The 1967 "Punch-Out's" set is another very scarce Topps test series that was intended to be a punch board baseball game. Distribution is believed to have been limited to the Maryland region. Both limited circulation and the intention for collectors to destroy cards after play fully explains why intact cards are so incredibly scarce today. Offered is one of the finest cards featuring Jim Wynn on the PSA census. Graded PSA EX 5. This is the only card graded EX by PSA with one rated higher.
