1963 Topps Bob Gibson #415 PSA Mint 9 - Only One Higher. Bob Gibson represents the last of his breed of tough, durable pitchers who didn't rely on a relief pitcher. In his 528 appearances, 255 were complete games. In 1968, Gibson won both the NL MVP and the Cy Young award (by unanimous vote). Cardinal fans saw Gibson go 22-9 with a 1.12 ERA and 13 shutouts! Among the nine losses, five came on scores of 1-0 and another was against a no-hitter pitched by HoFer Gaylord Perry. Graded PSA Mint 9.
