Period-Signed 1952 Berk Ross Willie Mays PSA EX-MT 6, PSA/DNA Auto 9 - Pop One, None Higher - From The Golden Age Collection. The celebrated "Say Hey Kid," New York Giants Hall of Famer Willie Mays, was a human highlight reel every time he played. The owner of 660 home runs and 12 Gold Gloves, Mays could hit for power and field better than most. His career spanned 23 seasons in the big leagues and he was twice named MVP of the National League (1954 and '65). His lifetime batting average of .301 with 3,293 hits to his name solidified Willie's place in history.

Offered is a 1952 Berk Ross card that shows Mays positioned inside the dugout wearing a concerned look on his face. This mid-grade example of the Mays card is found with good color and decent centering, but what sets it apart is Willie's coveted signature on the front. Mays signed it boldly in blue ink. Graded PSA EX-MT 6 with a certified PSA/DNA Auto 9. According to the PSA Pop Report, this is the only autographed card graded EXCELLENT-MINT with none rated higher.
