    Description

1957 Topps Roberto Clemente #76 SGC 96 Mint 9 - Pop Four, None Higher! A card that exudes greatness from every fiber, this third-year portrayal of Roberto Clemente is the hobby's favorite memento of the future Cooperstown enshrinee. The card isn't physically partitioned from the also-rans with which it shares a motif with none. It carries an unmistakable grandeur that's immediately apparent. It's all about the intangibles and, with a well-earned nod to the rock-solid stature, four copies accounted-for in the item's 428-piece census, the offered specimen commands kudos for its luscious presentation and its wholly uncirculated character. As expected, the card's corners and centering adhere to a superior standard, and deliberately intense scrutiny discloses a paucity of the print specks that sometimes plague the issue. Graded SGC 96 Mint 9. This is one of four examples to grade Mint 9, none have charted higher!
