    Description

1957 Topps Hank Aaron #20 PSA Mint 9 - None Higher. Much like Aaron hitting home runs, Topps set the standard for generations to come. Their new 2-1/2 x 3-1/2" dimensions and the initiation of color photos that replaced the finely illustrations and the introduction of complete player career statistics on the reverse. Future Home Run King Hank Aaron broke the Yankees curse for at least one year by taking his Braves to the '57 World Series and catapulting the Milwaukee Braves to World Champions status. Decades later it is a hobby classic despite his beautifully composed batting pose being inexplicably reversed. Graded PSA Mint 9. Our offered card is nothing short of a beautiful example with a supple, gently frosted-white border. His close to perfectly centered portrait delivers fantastic hues and come within a now standard size rectangle of four very sharp corners. The highest and aesthetic quality.
