1957 Topps Frank Robinson #35 PSA Mint 9 - None Higher. Accolades about the career of Frank Robinson begin with a National League "Rookie of the Year" Award in 1956, and proceed all the way through an American League "Manager of the Year" Award in 1989. In between, Robinson was a twelve-time All-Star, two-time MVP winner (once in each league!) and twice World Championship team member. These are just a few of the sterling credentials held by Frank Robinson, the Hall of Famer who's distinguished himself at almost every level of baseball activity through the course of more than fifty years of involvement with the sport. In terms of gum cards, it all started for Frank with this desirable '57 Topps portrayal, a popular piece that shows the confident young outfielder in the vest jersey-style uniform of the Cincinnati Reds.Graded PSA Mint 9. One of the rookie debuts and keys to the '57 Topps set, it is hard to believe that it was issued over 50 years ago as certainly it would have been touched by human hands at some point.
