    Description

1955 Topps Hank Aaron #47 PSA Mint 9. Hank Aaron's 1955 Topps follow-up to his classic rookie appearance is probably just as popular and just as impressive to behold. His place in baseball history forever cemented in the 755 home runs he graced fans with and not once ever hitting more than 40 a season. The offered '55 Topps card of Hammerin' Hank has been graded PSA Mint 9 and it will no easy feat to find a better looking example! Ink quality is vivid and the close to sixty-year old gloss seems as fresh now as it was then. Borders are free of stray ink and any other little blemish of spotting. The four corners direct an almost perfectly size frame, any difference would need to be measured in hairlines, that holds the dual portraits of baseball's last asterisk-free home run title holder. The reverse lacks the same problems as the front except for slightly off-center printing. The new owner will undoubtedly realize they have in fact won a card worthy of the Mint condition assessment. This is one of twenty examples at the Mint 9 level with none grading higher.
