1955 Bowman Hoyt Wilhelm #1 SGC 96 Mint 9 - Pop Two, None Higher! Offered is a rarely seen "Mint" example of the always condition sensitive number one card in the 1955 Bowman issue. This card features Hall of Fame knuckleballer Hoyt Wilhelm. Wilhelm's image is framed in the classic Bowman television set with perfect centering, fresh, shiny gloss and corners as sharp as the day it was printed in Philadelphia almost six decades ago. Graded SGC 96 Mint 9, this phenomenal example is one of only one to achieve Mint 9 status from SGC, there are none graded higher with one counterpart in Mint by PSA. This is a fantastic way to start your 1955 Bowman set in style.
