1954 Topps Hank Aaron Rookie #128 PSA Authentic. Hank Aaron was one of Major League Baseball's all-time greatest sluggers. Spending the majority of his 23-year career with the Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves, Aaron registered 755 home runs, which significantly bested Babe Ruth's previous career record of 714. Aaron surpassed the Sultan of Swat with HR No. 715 on April 8, 1974, which put him at the top of the list with several more to come. And even though years later Barry Bonds outdistanced Hammerin' Hank by seven round-trippers, many still hold Aaron in awe of his accomplishment.Offered is Hank's coveted 1954 Topps rookie card, which provides a nice headshot of the heavy hitter coupled with a smaller inset pic of him fielding. This Authentic example of card #128 from the '54 Topps series exhibits great color and solid centering, and remains a must-have card for serious collectors hoping to complete a HOF rookie set or even a Hank Aaron Master set.
