    Description

1954 Topps Hank Aaron #128 SGC 35 Good+ 2.5. The official rookie card of the man who beat out the Babe to become the Home Run King of major league baseball and who many still consider the "legitimate" HR king. Hammering Hank surpassed Babe Ruth when he swatted his 715th home run in 1974 and eventually finished his illustrious career with 755 home runs. This card is not just one of the keys to the 1954 Topps baseball issue but makes the list as one of the top 20 baseball cards of all time. This example features quality centering, obvious corner wear and vivid colors. There is several surface dimples on the right side of the card near the face/hat area and near the jaw. Graded SGC 35 Good+ 2.5.
