    Description

1954 Topps Hank Aaron #128 PSA NM-MT 8 (OC). The recently dethroned (and many would consider "reigning legitimate") Home Run King failed to earn All-Star Game nods in only the first and the last years of his twenty-three season career, and this glamorous relic dates to the former. Properly regraded as one of the most important trading cards of the post-war era, the 1954 Topps Aaron rookie is counted among the hobby's most recognizable pieces. This gum card heralded the arrival of a force of nature, a phenomenon of a magnitude unseen since a man named Babe ruled the game. Graded PSA NM-MT 8 (OC). The card has little physical detriments other than graphics that rest high and to the right of center. A strong copy for a smaller percent of the NM-MT unqualified price.
