1952 Triple Print Error Topps Baseball 9 Card Uncut Sheet Before the presses start rolling there is a great deal of prep work and fine tuning ink flow, roller pressure and alignment. To do this, production sheets are sacrificed to create the professionally printed cards kids will pull from wax packs after spending their hard earned pennies and nickels. Offered is a an early 9-card panel used for such a process from the earliest series of the 1952 Topps baseball series. The front features the cards of such stars as Luke Easter, Dom DiMaggio and Warren Spahn. Overprinting names include Johnny Mize and Jim Konstanty. The 11-1/2" x 8" panel does have creasing but is certainly one of a precious few items that could exist which offer some insight into the printing process of this landmark edition. .
