    Description

1952 Topps Mickey Mantle #311 SGC 30 Good 2. Mickey Mantle's 1952 Topps card is easily the most sought after of all post-war trading cards. Even the non-collecting population recognizes Mantle's iconic portrait. From this, his first full season of play, the fresh-faced 20-year-old would make the first of 16 All-Star Game appearances and even finish third in the league's MVP race. There is some light corner tip wear, creasing/wrinkles but none visually obtrusive, graphics are off-center. Graded SGC 30 Good 2. Visually, the central portrait is only marginally affected by condition factors. A good looking example of the premier card in the hobby.
