    Description

1952 Topps Ed Mathews #407 PSA EX-MT 6. When Topps decided who would be featured on the last card of their 1952 effort it isn't surprising it was a rookie, and one from Milwaukee no less. More than six decades later the joke was on them as the kid made good. Eddie Mathews would go on to become a member of the 500 Home Run Club and the Baseball Hall of Fame. As the closing entry of what is now a benchmark production, card #407 has remained one of the most highly pursued and condition sensitive cards in the hobby. Offered is a very attractive card thanks to fresh gloss and vivid colors. rated for centering. Graded PSA EX-MT 6.
