    Description

1952 Topps Andy Pafko (Black Back) #1 PSA NM-MT 8 (OC). Andy Pafko was traded from the Chicago Cubs to the Brooklyn Dodgers during the 1951 season as part of an eight-player deal between the two clubs. As the lead card in the landmark 1952 Topps set, it is common knowledge how difficult it is finding a high-grade example. This card is largely uncirculated. His central portrait is impressive, helped by the bright white borders. The back confirms this is a scarcer "Black Back" variation. Graded PSA NM-MT 8 (OC). This is the only qualified example at the NM-MT level, there are six unqualified others rated higher.
