Description

1951 Topps Blue Back Murry Dickson #16 PSA Mint 9 - Only One Higher! Murry Dickson was a durable right-hander whose 18-year career included an All-Star selection and a World Series championship with the Cardinals in 1946. Card #16 from the 1951 Topps Blue Back set features Dickson in Topps' first nationally distributed card series, a compact and colorful release that helped lay the foundation for modern card collecting. The Blue Backs are scarcer than their Red Back counterparts, adding to their appeal among early Topps enthusiasts. Graded PSA Mint 9, this card is preserved at a level few examples from this formative set ever reach. One of sixteen graded Mint with one higher.

Guide Value or Estimate: $600 - up.
