His presence enhances the gorgeous 1951 Bowman issue as one of the hottest sets for high-powered rookies in card collecting history. Offered is one impressive card which has been graded PSA NM-MT 8. It doesn't take long to realize why. The reverse has some faint wax staining that is so common for this issue. The front is a beauty. Outstanding colors are encompassed by a close to problem-free but albeit uneven white frame. Minimally visible but mentioned for accuracy are the light wax stains affecting the otherwise wonderful reverse. The portrait of Mays really grabs your attention as there are none of the all too common press roller lines one expects.
