    Description

1951 Bowman Mickey Mantle #253 PSA VG-EX 4. The kid from Commerce was still wearing his hated number "6" jersey when he posed for the image that would be used upon his rookie card. Though his early struggles almost convinced Mickey to hang up his bat at age twenty, his perseverance led to Hall of Fame immortality and turned this card from a mere "common" into the most valuable card in the popular set. The cards' PSA VG-EX 4 assessment is brow-raising at first as vertical centering fails to account for a VG-EX until on sees the light corner wrinkle and a very minor wax stain on the reverse. Vivid colors and precision registration (a rare treat), make this card visually leaps and bounds better than the bulk of others from this issue. rock-solid representation.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
