Signed 1947-1966 Exhibits Jackie Robinson Rookie PSA/DNA NM-MT 8. For some, the man whose autograph adorns the offered vintage Exhibit card deserves a position on Mount Rushmore just as much as he deserves the bronze plaque that hangs at Cooperstown. Anything signed by Jackie Robinson is a treasured memento, this early career Exhibit Supply Co. card is no exception. We can date the card to 1948 placing it among the first trading cards to bear his likeness along the Leaf, Bond Bread, R346, Old Gold and Fleetwood Slacks promos. The card has one light wrinkle in the upper left and just some modest corner tip wear to note. The striking blue ball-point pen autograph has been graded PSA/DNA NM-MT 8. The availability of signed vintage cards is severely limited compared to the multitude of passionate enthusiasts looking to add to his/her collection. Finding one that has survived so nicely is simply "icing on the cake" as they say. This is a great addition for any Robinson fan.More information about Jackie Robinson.
