Description

1949 Bowman Duke Snider #226 PSA VG-EX 4. Card #226 from the 1949 Bowman series is the rookie card of Duke Snider, a beloved member of the famed "Boys of Summer." Snider was instrumental in the 1955 long-awaited World Series championship for which he narrowly missed capturing that year's National League MVP honor. Nicely preserved and near perfectly centered, the card shows modest corner wear as the main determination for the assessment. Graded PSA VG-EX 4.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
