1948-49 Leaf Jackie Robinson #79 SGC 50 VG/EX 4. Graded VG/EX by SGC. Jackie Robinson was one of the most memorable figures ever associated with the game, and inspiring stories, in abundance, exist about all facets of Robinson's career. The Hall of Famer's rookie cards are viewed as important cornerstones in any accomplished card collection. One of Robinson's debut pieces is among the keys in the intriguing baseball series produced by Leaf Gum Co. in 1948, a notably scarce post-war issue. Mild rounding on the corners.
