    Description

1941 R330 Double Play Ted Williams/Cronin #81/82 PSA EX-MT 6. While the world was focused on Joe DiMaggio in the summer of '41, Boston had a growing superstar of their own named Ted Williams. It was just his third season but he was already an All-Star and was putting up epic numbers including 37 Home Runs, 135 Runs and then there is that season batting average of .406 that has yet to be bested some 75 years later. If not for "the streak", Williams would certainly have received MVP honors. Williams makes two appearances in this set with this one being paired up with fellow HoFer Joe Cronin. Card displays nicely with great centering and moderate corner wear. Graded PSA EX-MT 6. The SMR value is $515.00.
