    Description

1941 Play Ball Ted Williams #14 PSA NM-MT 8. 1941 was not a bad season for the Splendid Splinter. Ted Williams managed a feat that has not been matched in the proceeding six decades since the year this card was issued. That summer, Williams hit safely a little better than four out of every ten at bats. At first that may seem easy but any baseball fan will tell you just how wrong you are. This is a very fine representation which come close to mint status. A slightly rougher left edge cut, touches of wear at corners and little to no toning combine for a PSA NM-MT 8 judgement. This is one of fifty-four at the NM-MT level from almost 775 submissions.
