1941 Play Ball Joe DiMaggio #71 SGC 35 Good+ 2.5. The events of December 7th would change everything this year, but during the summer of 1941, at least in New York City, the conversation increasingly centered around the man pictured on this artful card. "Did DiMaggio get a hit?" they would ask. And the answer that came back, week after week, was "Yes." The most beautiful swing in the game is set against a rainbow hue of purple, green and yellow on a card that is graded SGC 35 Good+ 2.5.
