    1941 Play Ball Charley Gehringer #19 PSA VG-EX 4. Coming off a trip to the 1940 World Series where the Tigers came up one run short in losing to the Cincinnati Reds 2-1 in game 7, Gehringer continued to prove he was worthy of All-Star status. In his 17th year with Detroit, Gehringer hit .313 and scored 108 runs. A lifetime .320 hitter, Gehringer is still considered to be one of the best second basemen of all time. Offered is his appearance in the 1941 Play Ball issue. This card features rich colors and admirable centering. Graded PSA VG-EX 4.
